did u get a coh options menu after starting the game with it? ... i met a werewolf walking the road from white stallion lodge to IC. try to set your sound at maximum and listen, they are howling all the time. and there was one near chorol at the stables a bandit during day but u can get san.lup. from him while he/she is a man/woman too ;)

in your video only the small moon (secunda) is full. but i think the wolves only appear when the main moon, the big one(massa) is nice-bright-full.

Try Fort Urasek or somthing like that while walking all around I ran into one werewolf and an werewolf hunter werewolfs pack a punch tho yeah but around that fort at the time between 8-12pm you should find them I set my werewolfs gold for easier sight oh yeah I have diffulcutly at 100 so maybe that will change but I think the werewolf's are random if that doesent work I will try to find you some more.

I tried where I think you told me to go but only killed 4 wolves and 2 bandits, I also saw Khajiit walking down towards Imperial City but nothing other than that, could this mean the mod isn't working or will it just be they're not always in a certain spot?

I know I just thought I'd try it, might work you never know, I've tried 3 now actually I've tried north of Bravil, Fort Nikel and Deathzone's but haven't found anything yet. Yes I checked inside the fort before, just the regular bandits and whatever. Not having much luck really =(
